This video I explain what I used to make my own CineBokeh filter which is basically a bokeh filter with an oval opening to get the oval shaped bokeh. Below are some test with the Cinebokeh seperate without the lightstreak.

The reason I made this filter it to replicate the movie look which often have a different looking bokeh when things goes out of focus. Its mostly done with a Cinescope lens which strechted the glass giving the over look. However these filters are quite expensive and also quite bulky and heavy to handle. However with this tutorial I am showing make it for an affordable price.
