Easy DIY JIB from standard parts

And don't forget to thumb up, subscribe, comment and share this video on Youtube before 15/12/2013 to win several of the pre-assembled parts so you could build your own!
In this video I will teach you how to build a camera jib with remote tilt made from various camera accessories and you can find in a camera shop or buy online. And only need to drill 4 holes through a plastic pulley and the rest is super easy to put together.

Parts list:
2x 10cm Rope Pulley wheels KBS100K10v - http://www.wielen-bandenhuis.nl/groefwielpom.html
1x Dubble-L Bracket Falcon Eyes TMB-16T - alternatives on Ebay http://goo.gl/Hg7CLX
1x Boom arm grip adapter from Ebay - http://goo.gl/adX55Y
1x Manfrotto 234rc - http://goo.gl/WDm3Vx
1x M8 40mm Bolt
1x M8 90mm Bolt
6x M8 Nuts
4x M5 30mm Bolt
12x M5 Nuts
4x M5 bolt caps
4x Rubber bands
Few meters of washing line cable
Either a sturdy monopod or a boomarm. As if you would get a boom arm you could buy a set which included the boom arm grip plus also weights which lessen the total cost.

Started to follow you because of the comparisson between the Rode and Takstar mic. Decided to buy the Takstar with a FiiO E3, love it thanks for that!.

Made me laugh when I took a look in the description and did see a .nl website since I live in the Netherlands. Apperantly we do the opposite because I always get my stuff in China as a Dutch guy, the Chinese get their stuff in the Netherlands haha!

Love how you put this together and the effort (and time!) you have put into this. I am really willing to try this out since it looks like a simple yet effective design that uses mostly parts I, and probably most photo/video people, already have like a steardy tripod and monopod with both a ballhead and fluid drag head. The most important thing about it being that you can still use the monopod as a monopod by just a few screws so you don't need 2 of them because you have to destroy it with drilling holes etc..

Could get a headstart here with your package as I spend all my money on my girlfriends birthday and christmas gifts. That is the ONLY annoying part of her, having to buy all her presents in 1 month. Thana gain she is worth it (hope she wont read the first part of this though about the annoying part haha).

I hope you keep these reviews and DIY projects comming because unlike many others yours are very detailed and not just 'I like the microphone and this was my video' kind of style. You atleast give it a thorough test and share those with 'us' whoever that may be.

Once again, thanks and I am eager to see the Mark II of this one so that if I don't happen to win the items I can save up to but the parts for that version.
